I am Renae Luketic.
I am a Certified EOS Implementer, former EOS Integrator, Integrator Coach, Kolbe Consultant, DISC Consultant, and leadership advisor. But before any of those titles, I am someone who genuinely loves helping leaders untangle what feels complicated.
I have spent more than 25 years building leaders and teams, sitting beside business owners and leadership teams as they work through growth, accountability, communication, team health, and the hard conversations that often come with scaling.
My style is practical, honest, warm, and direct. I believe people can do hard things when they have the right structure, the right conversation, and someone beside them who is willing to help first.
I have sat in the seat.
As a former Integrator, I understand the pressure of translating vision into action, creating accountability, and keeping the business moving while people look to you for answers.
I help teams get clearer.
Through EOS implementation, facilitation, coaching, and leadership advisory work, I help leadership teams simplify the noise, strengthen alignment, and turn good intentions into traction.
I care about the human side.
Kolbe and DISC give me language for how people naturally work, communicate, and lead. The goal is not labels. The goal is healthier conversations and stronger teams.
Why I do this work
I have always been drawn to leaders who are willing to build something meaningful and take responsibility for the people around them. Growth is exciting, but it can also expose every weak spot in a business: unclear roles, meetings that do not solve the real issue, priorities that compete with each other, and teams that are busy but not aligned.
That is where I love to help. I enjoy walking into the complexity with a team, listening carefully, asking direct questions, and helping them create the structure and conversations they need to move forward.
I am not here to make leadership look perfect. I am here to help leaders build businesses that are healthier, clearer, and more capable of scaling without losing the relationships that matter.
